Return and Refund Policy
If the customer is unhappy with the product that has been purchased from George’s Jewellery, George’s Jewellery is here to help.
The customer has the right to return an order and to ask for a refund, strictly within 14 days from the date of the receipt of the order.
The customer has the right to return an order and to ask for an exchange with another, strictly within 30 days from the date of the receipt of the order.
By requesting an exchange or refund, the customer will be charged with:
- The shipping cost
- The insurance cost
- The product clearance cost (regarding non-E.U. Countries)
In case of exchange: If the value of the new order is lower than the value of the initial order, the company will not refund to the customer the difference. This difference will be credited to the customer’s name for future purchases.
- George’s Jewellery will handle the customer’s request and will contact him within 1-3 working days.
Returns and refunds are accepted only if each product the customer wishes to return:
- Is in the same excellent condition as delivered, untouched and unused, inside the George’s packaging.
- Has been received, checked and approved by the company.
- Is accompanied by the original purchase receipt and all other documents.
In case of refund, if all the above conditions are fulfilled, the refund will be sent to the customer within 30 days, counting from the date of validation of return.
When the order has been delivered, we recommend the customer to personally check the packaging and the product’s condition.
Change or refund of already returned products will not be allowed.
Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product or a product that the costumer agrees to replace the initial product and there will be no charge for the customer.
