If you do not wish to pay by card, please contact us via email. Other legal forms of payment are also acceptable.

Before confirming the order, you will be asked to accept the terms and conditions. If you do not accept, the purchase cannot proceed.

After the confirmation of the order, you will receive a confirmation email and you will be redirected to the Alpha bank’s page to make the payment.

When the payment is confirmed by the bank, the order will be sent to you.

For purchases outside EU: customs clearance (taxes and import duties) are not calculated in the price.

APPLICABLE LAW AND OTHER TERMS

These terms and conditions, as well as any amendments thereto, are governed and construed in accordance with the Greek law.

If any provision is declared to be null or void, it shall automatically cease to be in force, without the validity of the remaining terms being in any way affected.

For any dispute arising out of the use of the George’s Jewellery eShop, there shall have jurisdiction ratione materiae the competent courts of Athens.
